NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE SECURITIES
MARKET ACT

Nordea Bank AB (publ.)(business ID: 516406-0120) has informed Satama Interactive
Plc on January 22, 2007 that certain forward trading agreements entered into by
its Finnish subsidiary Nordea Bank Finland Plc (1680235-8) have matured on
January 19, 2007 and consequently Nordea Bank Finland's holding of Satama
Interactive's shares declined by 1,500,000 resulting Nordea Bank Finland's
holding of Satama's share capital and voting rights being less than 1/10.

Nordea Bank Finland Plc now owns 3,819,036 shares in Satama Interactive Plc,
which represents 9,35 per cent of the share capital and voting rights.

Nordea Bank Finland has other derivative contracts and Nordea Bank Finland's
holding of Satama Interactive Plc's share capital and voting rights will decline
to under 1/20 once the derivative contracts in question have matured.


The total number of Satama Interactive Plc's shares is 40,861,808.
