CORRECTED RELEASE CHANGES IN SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDINGS
IIn the previously published release about changes in the substantial
shareholdings of AS Tallink Grupp, the size of holdings of Citigroup
Venture Capital International Jersey Limited was incorrect Holdings of
Citigroup Venture Capital International Jersey Limited have not crossed
any thresholds.

CHANGES IN SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDINGS
As of 22.01.2007 the following significant changes have taken place in the
ownership structure of the companies listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange,
compared with the standings disclosed earlier.
The levels of 5%, 10%, 20%, 33%, 50% and 66% are considered to be
significant.
