Check Point announces in a press-release dated January 22, 2007 that they have obtained 92.4 per cent of the shares in Protect Data. According to this information and to the ”Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the NOREX Exchanges´ All-Share, Sector and Benchmark Indices”, rule 5.8, Protect Data (SE0000387607) will be removed from OMX Stockholm Benchmark index. Last inclusion date for Protect Data will be January 23, 2007.
