Regarding the exceeded profit plan 

Bankas SNORAS operation volumes were over those forecasted for 
the year 2006. Due to the increase in volumes, the profit of the
bank from the main types of activities surpassed the planned level. 
As a result, non-audited net profit for 2006 exceeded the planned one.
