AB SAMPO bankas Stock Exchange Release 24-01-2007 Preliminary result for the year 2006 Based on the interim data, SAMPO bankas AB earned 23.314 million Litas (EUR 6.752 million) within the year 2006 (as non-audited net profit) - 2.8 times more than in 2005, when its profit was 8.233 million Litas. This profit has been calculated in compliance with respective legal enactments by the Bank of Lithuania and Republic of Lithuania. The assets of the SAMPO bankas AB last year increased by 40 percent and the bank granted 1.5 times more loans.
