Latvijas Krājbanka 24.01.2007 On Latvijas Krājbanka mortgage bond release The Board of Latvijas Krājbanka has decided to release CA series mortgage bonds. The nominal value of one newly released mortgage bond is EUR 100, the planned volume of the bond release is 5 000 000 (five millions) euro and the settlement term is January 31, 2010. The income interest rate is a 6 month EUR LIBOR rate + 1,00%, interest income is paid off twice a year. The organizers of the release are JSC “Parex banka” and State JSC “Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka”. The initial mortgage bond placement shall happen from January 23, 2007 to January 26, 2007 (12:00 o’clock). The right to participate in it and to sign the bonds shall be vested only in competent investors as well as in those who are planning to buy mortgage bonds in the amount of 50 000 (fifty thousand) euro.
