PureSpectrum, Inc. Engages Hancock Askew & Co., LLP to Perform Audit


SAVANNAH, Ga., Jan. 24, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- PureSpectrum, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PSPM) has retained Hancock Askew & Co., LLP to perform a financial statement audit for PureSpectrum's fiscal period ended December 31, 2006.

After completing the audit, PureSpectrum, Inc. plans to register with the Securities and Exchange Commission to be traded on the OTC Bulletin Board exchange.
