AS Eesti Ehitus Announcement January 26, 2007 Conclusion of a construction contract On January 25, 2007, AS Linnaehitus, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AS Eesti Ehitus and Tartu City Government signed an agreement for AS Linnaehitus to perform the construction works of extension of Tartu Kesklinna school. Price of the contract is EEK 69 642 173 (EUR 4 450 946) excluding VAT and works are to be completed in October 2007.
