Ventspils Nafta 26.01.2007 About the Council of „”Ventspils Nafta” Terminals” Ltd The Council of “”Ventspils Nafta” Terminals” Ltd was elected in accordance with the decision made by the Supervisory Board of JSC “Ventspils Nafta” as a shareholder of its 100% subsidiary “”Ventspils Nafta” Terminals” Ltd. Election of the Council is related to expiry of its members’ previous term of office. According to its shareholder’s decision, the following members of the Council will continue their work in the Council for the next three years: Uldis Pumpurs, Vladimirs Krastiņš, Vladimirs Solomatins, Aldis Āķis, as well as Dennis Crema, the newly elected member, representing the subsidiary Euromin Holdings (Cyprus) Limited of the international consortium Vitol, which owns 34.75% of JSC “Ventspils Nafta” shares. “”Ventspils Nafta” Terminals” Ltd is a company of JSC “Ventspils Nafta” Group rendering transit services – crude oil and diesel petrol delivery by pipeline, delivery of crude oil, diesel petrol, car petrol and other petroleum product cargos by railway and the sea, their storage and transshipment. “”Ventspils Nafta” Terminals” Ltd is the largest of such companies in the region.
