About share capital increase of JSC “Ventspils Nafta” subsidiary JSC “Preses Nams”

Shareholders’ meeting of JSC “Preses Nams”, the subsidiary of JSC “Ventspils Nafta” 
and the biggest printing concern in the Baltic States, has made a decision about share 
capital increase of JSC “Preses Nams” in order to stimulate its further development. 

According to shareholders’ decision, the share capital of JSC “Preses Nams” will be 
increased by 4.7 million lats reaching LVL 13,785,357 and consisting of analogue number 
of shares with a nominal value of LVL 1 for 1 share. Previous shareholders can pay up 
the newly issued shares by 24 January 2008. 
JSC “Preses nams” is the largest printing concern in the Baltic States and a leader in 
this sphere in the region. The main market of the company is the Baltic States, as well 
as the majority of European Union member states.
