Tallinn Stock Exchange TRADING 26.01.2007 CHANGING REFERENCE PRICE OF TALLINK GRUPP SHARE An ordinary general meeting of the shareholders of AS Tallink that took place on January 17, 2007 decided increase the share capital by way of a bonus issue. AS Tallink Grupp will issue three new shares per each existing share. Proceeding from the above, the reference price of AS Tallink Grupp shares was lowered to the level of EUR 1.43 ( EEK 22.37) today before the start of trading.
