Kimberly Maxson-Rushton will be the lead attorney for the firm's new office in Las Vegas. Maxson-Rushton is well known in Southern Nevada coming to the firm from her position serving as Chair of Nevada's Transportation Services Authority. The local Nevadan brings impressive experience to the position, having served as Counsel to the Nevada Gaming Commission and State Gaming Control Board while Deputy Attorney General-Gaming Division from 1998 - 2000. Maxson-Rushton also served as Regional Chief Deputy Attorney in the Las Vegas Office and in the Clark County District Attorney's Office as a Lobbying and Legislative Assistant and Prosecutor in the Criminal Division.
