Bioscan, the Board has today decided to suspend payments

The Board of Directors of BIOSCAN A/S has today decided to suspend payments.
The Board will discuss with a coming official receiver which of the company's activities can be carried on and in which form. The Board will give priority to and secure that the biogas and separation plant which is being delivered to Biokraft A/S on Bornholm will be finished and handed over according to the agreements concluded.
The private placement planned is put on hold.
