DISTRIBUTOR CONTRACT LAROX CORPORATION AND LAROX FLOWSYS OY

Larox Group’s parent company Larox Corporation has signed with its
associated company Larox Flowsys Oy a distributor contract
regarding their products.

According to the contract Larox Corporation and its subsidiaries
in Poland, South Africa, Australia, Brazil, and Chile act as
distributors for Larox Flowsys Oy’s products.  The contract is non-
exclusive. After Sales Service in Larox Group’s organization is
responsible for the distribution of the products.

Larox Flowsys Oy is the supplier of advanced flow control
solutions. It focuses on abrasive, aggressive, corrosive and other
demanding shut-off, control and pumping applications serving a
wide range of process industries worldwide. The product range
includes high-performance pinch valves and peristaltic pumps.

Larox Group is the global developer and supplier of solid/liquid
separation process solutions. The product range includes filters
and after sales services that cover their product life cycle.
