The trading of AS “DnB NORD Banka” resumed

Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on its meeting of January 29, 2007 
to resume the trading with JSC “DnB NORD Banka” shares. Trading will be resumed at 
13:00. (EET). Pre-opening period (CLIN) will start at 12:45 (EET).


“DnB NORD Banka” has disclosed the required information to the RSE, thus the 
circumstances that were the reason for suspending the trading have ceased to exist.  

The RSE suspended the trading of “DnB NORD Banka” on January 29, 2007, due to 
the failure by the bank to disclose material information to the market that may 
affect the price of the security.
