FINNAIR PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 29.1.2007 AT 11.30 APPOINTMENTS IN FINNAIR MANAGEMENT Mr. Anssi Komulainen has been appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources as of 1 February 2007. He will also be a member of the Group Management. He has been working as Senior Vice President, Catering and Managing Director of Finnair Catering Oy since 2001. Ms. Kristina Inkiläinen has been appointed Senior Vice President, Catering and Managing Director of Finnair Catering Oy. She is currently Managing Director of Select Service Partner Finland Oy. Finnair's Legal Counsel Mr. Sami Sarelius has been appointed Vice President and General Counsel as of 1 February 2007. He will also serve as secretary to the Board of Directors and the Management Board of Finnair. All appointees report to the President and CEO Mr. Jukka Hienonen. Acting SVP Human Resources and Administration Mr. Ari Kuutschin returns to the Personnel Department and becomes the deputy to SVP Anssi Komulainen. Business controller of Finnair Catering Oy, Ms. Lia Toivonen has been appointed Business Controller of Finnair Technical Services as from 1.2.2007.
