TietoEnator Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 30 January 2007, 10.15 am EET 1 (1) TietoEnator incorporates Danish IP design centre TietoEnator takes over a Danish design centre in Aarhus from Ericsson. The design centre currently supplies IP software building blocks used in Ericsson products. The unit released the first commercial IPv6 router in 1995, and their IP software stack is included in 25% of all 3G cellular phones currently sold worldwide. The agreement takes effect on 1 February 2007 and all 86 employees are expected to join forces with TietoEnator Telecom & Media. Net sales in 2007 are expected to amount to EUR 10 million for the new unit.
