Changes in supervisory boards of subsidiaries

AS  Kalev  resolved today to recall the  members  of  the
supervisory board of its subsidiary AS Inreko Press,  and
appoint  Tarmo  Maasikamäe,  Andres  Rannamäe  and  Allan
Viirma  as new supervisory board members from 26  January
2007 onwards.

With  the  same  resolution, AS Kalev  also  changed  the
financial  year of AS Inreko Press to bring it into  line
with  the  financial year of other companies  in  the  AS
Kalev group (1 July–30 June).

In  addition, AS Kalev resolved to recall Heino Priimägi,
member  of  the  supervisory board of the  subsidiary  AS
Kalev Paide Tootmine, and appoint Andres Rannamäe as  new
member of the company’s supervisory board.

Tarmo Maasikamäe
Financial  Director  of AS Kalev. Employed  by  AS  Kalev
since  2003. Member of the supervisory boards  of  public
limited  companies Kalev Chocolate Factory,  Kalev  Jõhvi
Tootmine, Kalev Paide Tootmine and Vilma.

Andres Rannamäe
Strategic  and  Organisation Development Director  of  AS
Kalev  since August 2004. Has previously served as member
of  the management board of the Estonian Health Insurance
Fund.  Member of the supervisory board of AS  Ster  since
July  2004.  Member of the supervisory boards  of  public
limited  companies Kalev Chocolate Factory,  Kalev  Jõhvi
Tootmine and Vilma.

Allan Viirma
Head  of  the legal service of AS Kalev. Employed  by  AS
Kalev  since 2000. Member of the supervisory board of  AS
Kalev Paide Tootmine.

None  of the new supervisory board members own any shares
in AS Kalev.
