CHANGE IN FINANCIAL REPORTING SCHEDULE 2007

Ramirent Plc makes a change in its 2007 financial reporting schedule announced on
8 November 2006. The new publishing date of the Interim Report January-March is
11 May 2007.

Ramirent's financial reporting schedule for 2007 is therefore as follows:

- Financial statements for the year 2006: 15 February 2007
- Interim Report January-March: 11 May 2007
- Interim Report January-June: 15 August 2007
- Interim report January-September: 7 November 2007
