Photo Release -- Northrop Grumman Names Teri Marconi Vice President of Combat Avionics for Electronic Systems


LINTHICUM, Md., Jan. 30, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) has appointed Teri G. Marconi vice president of the combat avionics business unit for the company's Electronic Systems sector.

Marconi will have all executive responsibility for the company's combat avionics portfolio, including radar and other sensor avionics systems for the F-35 Lightning II, B-l, F-22A and other aircraft, as well as programs transitioning from the company's Advanced Concepts and Technology Division.

Marconi joined the company in 1985 and has held a variety of professional and management positions of increasing responsibility in program management, subcontract management, marketing and business development. In 1995, Marconi was named manager of U.K. Airborne Warning and Control System programs and most recently served as director of Airborne Warning Systems.

Marconi earned bachelor's degrees in computer science and mathematics from Tulane University.
