Resignation of Mr Hamish de Run
Hamish de run, Associate Director of Macquarie Bank Ltd. has resigned from Macquarie Bank Ltd. with immediate effect in order to take up another opportunity. He will at the same time stand down from his position as member of the Supervisory Board of Copenhagen Airport A/S. The Supervisory Board has decided that the seat will be vacant until the annual election of the Supervisory Board at the AGM on 28th March 2007.
