NEW YORK, Jan. 31, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Logitech International SA (Nasdaq:LOGI) of Switzerland, will become a component of the NASDAQ-100 Index(r) (Nasdaq:NDX) and the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index (Nasdaq:NDXE) prior to market open on February 1, 2007. Logitech International SA will replace Comverse Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq:CMVT). Logitech International SA will also be included in the NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking Stock(sm) (Nasdaq:QQQQ).
