Following the announcement to the Copenhagen Stock Exchange dated 26 January 2007 this is to inform the Stock Exchange that on 30 January the formal notification about BIOSCAN's suspension of payments was filed and that today the court has appointed Lawyer Arne Knudsen, the law firm of Dania Advokater as official receiver.
