ADDITION TO EFORE BOARD OF DIRECTORS NOMINATION COMMITTEES
PROPOSAL
In addition to Efore Board of Directors Nomination Committees
proposal to the Board of Directors, given on December 13, 2006,
the Committee proposes to the Annual General Meeting that Mr.
Jukka Harju (50), M.Sc. (Eng.), M.Sc. (Econ.) a partner of Boier
Capital Oy and Mr. Esa Korvenmaa (52), M.Sc. (Eng.), General
Manager of Cisco Systems Finland Oy, would be nominated as new
Members of the Board of Directors. Thus, the number of Board
Members would be eight.
