“Laima” and “Staburadze” shares on the RSE 

Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on its meeting of January 31, 2007 
to list on the RSE Free List, starting with February 6, 2007, 6,481,133 JSC “Laima” 
common bearer voting shares with nominal value is LVL 1 and total issue value LVL 
6,481,133 (ISIN code LV0000101152), and 3,037,197 JSC “Staburadze” common bearer 
voting shares with nominal value is LVL 1 and total issue value LVL 3,037,197  
(ISIN code LV0000101145). The issue prospectuses were registered with the Financial 
and Capital Market Commission on December 22, 2006.

For JSC “Laima” the Riga stock Exchange trading code is LMA1R and SAXESS order book 
technical ID is 38437; for JSC “Staburadze” the trading code is STR1R and SAXESS order 
book technical ID is 38439. Standard lot size for either company is 500.
