KESKO CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE NOTIFICATION 01.02.2007 AT 08.45 1(1) Subscription for Kesko Corporation B shares with stock options In January total of 23,188 new Kesko Corporation B shares were subscribed for with the stock options marked with symbol 2003D and 2003E in Kesko Corporation's 2003 stock option scheme. The corresponding increase in share capital will be entered in the Trade Register on 12 February 2007. A total of 16,088 new B shares were subscribed for with Kesko Corporations year 2003 stock options marked with symbol 2003D and 7,100 new B shares with stock options marked with symbol 2003E. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the stock option scheme, the subscription price of the shares with stock options marked with symbol 2003D is 4.53 per share and with options marked with symbol 2003E 12.09 per share .
