On Tuesday, Jan. 30th, 2007, at the Redcat headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, the Tank Sports management team led by Chairman Jiangyong Ji and the Redcat management team led by CEO Darin Oreman and COO Lucian Spataro signed the final documents needed to complete the transaction, which included the stock transfer from Redcat Motors to Tank Sports.
