SOYO Sponsors Ultimate Fighter Marvin 'The Beastman' Eastman for His Febuary 3rd UFC Fight Against Quinton Jackson

Fight to be Aired Live On Pay-Per-View February 3rd 2007

ONTARIO, Calif., Feb. 1, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- SOYO Group Inc. (OTCBB:SOYO), a provider of computer, consumer electronics and broadband telecommunications products, today announced it will sponsor Marvin Eastman in his Light Heavyweight bout against Quinton Jackson, which will be aired live Febuary 3rd on Pay-Per-View as part of the UFC 67.

Marvin Eastman is looking for another victory over Jackson. Jackson must avenge his loss to Eastman to have a shot at the Light Heavyweight Title. The UFC has led Mixed Martial Arts to become one of the fastest growing sports in the world. A recent UFC event pulled an estimated 1.2 million viewers in the 18-35 male age group as compared to Game 1 of the World Series, which pulled only 500,000 in the same key demographic.

UFC is owned by Zuffa, LLC and is considered the premier Mixed Martial Arts organization in the world. Zuffa's Pay-Per-View numbers exceed that of WWE and boxing and there is not much doubt that they are the 500lb gorilla of MMA.

Ed O'Brien, SOYO's Director of Marketing, said, "The demographic for MMA is the 18-35 year old male. MMA fans are loyal to the sport and sponsors and we feel with this exposure we can reach millions and millions of young consumers."

SOYO's goal for 2007 is to build upon its 2006 momentum by increasing its brand awareness, its sales pipelines and its profitability. The company will also be adding additional resources to help it improve its communications to shareholders and Wall Street.
