Smartstox.com Spotlights Premium Exploration, Tagish Lake Gold and Grenville Gold Corp.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 1, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- The Smartstox Online TV Talk Show, a leading international Internet news portal on small-cap companies, is pleased to announce Web-streamed CEO interviews are now available for these exploration companies.

Premium Exploration Inc. (TSX-V:PEM) is a new company with well-experienced core management who are developing a pipeline of early-stage projects located within under-explored precious metal belts. They plan a spring drill program on one of their Mexican silver prospects, while exploration on their holdings in the Stillwater Reef Complex in Montana continues on both the platinum-palladium and gold targets. By acquiring prospects internally and financing some of them through joint venture partners, the company will be able to maximize the potential for discovery while mitigating risk and increasing shareholder value. President Del Steiner tells us more about the Premium's plans for the future in our Smartstox interview at http://www.smartstox.com/interview/pem.

Tagish Lake Gold Corp. (TSX-V:TLG) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Carcross-Tagish First Nation this week, marking an important step in the advancement to production of the company's Skukum Property. With excellent local infrastructure and a deposit fully accessible by adit, Tagish Lake Gold plans to be in production from their Skukum Creek deposit by late 2008. At the same time they'll be advancing exploration on both the holding's other known deposits and its blue-sky exploration targets. Find out more about this Yukon gold project from company Chairman Greg Hawkins at http://www.smartstox.com/interviews/tlg.php.

Grenville Gold Corp. (TSX-V:GVG) had assembled a small portfolio of promising exploration properties in Peru, Ecuador and Canada when a set of recent transactions dramatically changed the company. Grenville was able to acquire four past-producing silver mines with significant production and exploration potential, all near each other in the same Peruvian mineral district. The mines had been nationalized in years past, then closed due to low metal prices and a lack of reinvestment into the properties. Grenville is having NI 43-101 reports prepared for each property, and they hope to be able to re-open a mine a year over the next four years. Hear more about how this transaction came about and what it means for Grenville from our Smartstox interview with company CEO Paul Gill and Chairman Len De Melt at http://www.smartstox.com/interviews/gvg.php
