My.collax.com: The Online Overview of Collax Solutions

With my.collax.com Portal, Customers and Dealers Can Check and Manage the Status of Their Collax Subscriptions and Support Agreements

BEDFORD, Mass., Feb. 1, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Effective immediately, Collax offers all customers and dealers the possibility to check and manage their Collax subscriptions and support agreements via a new portal: my.collax.com. The portal, available in German and English, is accessed via http://my.collax.com/ and by entering a license code. A table displays each company's installed Collax solutions, the remaining time for the relevant subscriptions, the support status and all relevant collateral.

"With my.collax.com, we provide our customers with a portal that displays all running processes between Collax and the customer or the dealer," explains Bertram Mandel, Collax's Vice President Sales and Marketing EMEA. "In the case of resellers, it's important for them to know the time remaining on their customers' subscriptions. With just one table they now have a complete overview of all their installed Collax server solutions; they always have up-to-date information regarding their customers' subscription and support status."

The customer also reaps benefits from the my.collax.com online maintenance; it's easy to change registration data, for example, when the company moves and changes addresses. Resellers managing multiple installations for different customers can have access to a Reseller Account for a complete overview of all installations in a single table.
