Supplemental information to Landsbanki’s annual financial statements

According to Note 34, salaries paid to Directors were ISK 10 million and their total holdings in the bank were 22.6 million shares.  The breakdown of these amounts is as follows: Þór Kristjánsson was paid a salary of ISK 3.7 million, Þorgeir Baldursson ISK 3 m, Guðbjörg Matthíasdóttir ISK 2.2 million, Andri Sveinsson ISK 1 million and Gunnar J. Felixsson ISK 100,000. Holdings of Þorgeir Baldursson and Þór Kristjánsson in the bank were 1.4 million and ISK 21.2 million shares respectively. Holdings by alternate Directors totalled 300,000 shares.
