Schaumann Properties, capital increase with effect from 6

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to admit 12,500,000 new shares of DKK 1 to listing in the ISIN code DK0010250075 with effect from 6 February 2007. 

The capital increase has been registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency.
