AS Tallinna Vesi STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 02.02.2007 CHANGES IN AS TALLINNA VESI SUPERVISORY COUNCIL MEMBERS On 19 January 2007 United Utilities (Tallinn) BV recalled Kevin Starling from the Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Vesi and appointed Joanne Bream as his replacement. Joanne Bream has worked as a legal councel in the UK water and electricity industry for 10 years. She has extensive experience of the sector gained from within United Utilities, one of the largest water companies in the UK, and from other water utilities worldwide via United Utilities outsourcing arm Contract Solutions. Joanne is currently on the board of United Utilities Contract Solutions. Joanne graduated with a law degree from Cambridge University, England. Joanne Bream does not hold any shares of AS Tallinna Vesi. As of today the head of AS Tallinna Vesi Supervisory Council is Robert John Gallienne (UU) and the members are David Kilgour (UU), Joanne Bream (UU), Henry Russell (EBRD), Rein Ratas (Tallinn City), Elmar Sepp (Tallinn City), Toivo Tootsen (Tallinn City), Helo Meigas (independent) and Valdur Laid (independent).
