Latvijas Krājbanka 02.02.2007 The interest rate on Latvijas Krājbanka CA series mortgage bonds has been determined for the next half-year The yearly income interest rate on Latvijas Krājbanka CA series mortgage bond release (ISIN code: LV0000800357) has been determined as 4,875% for the income period from 31 January until 31 July (not including). The offer of the JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” mortgage bonds was closed successfully on 26 January. The total amount of the issue of the mortgage bonds were EUR 5000 000, the settlement time is 3 years, the income interest rate is a 6 month EUR LIBOR rate + 1,00%. The mortgage bonds were sold at the nominal value. After registration of the Prospectus at the Finance and Capital Market Commission the MBs were listed on the Riga Stock Exchange Baltic Bond List.
