Castellum enters into HalmstadCastellum has acquired five commercial properties for SEKm 215 in Halmstad In attractive locations in Halmstad five properties have been acquired for SEKm 215. The lettable area amounts to approx. 30,000 sq.m. of which 9,300 sq.m. consists of retail premises, 6,700 sq.m. office premises and 14,000 sq.m. warehouse premises. In principle all premises are let. Halmstad will be a new market area for Harry Sjögren AB. Time of taking possession was in the beginning of February. The Halmstad region is, regarding growth in the number of people employed, one of the fastest growing regions in the 100,000 club i.e. regions with more than 100,000 inhabitants.
