ATLANTA, Feb. 2, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Pollack Partners, a new multifamily real estate firm led by experienced developer Marc Pollack, has opened in Atlanta. The firm focuses on the development, acquisition, finance and investment of high quality, community-enhancing multifamily residential and mixed-use projects.

The Pollack Partners team has decades of combined experience in mixed-use and multifamily developments, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as public/private and institutional joint ventures.
Pollack has been in the multifamily acquisition, development, investment, and management business for three decades. Prior to launching Pollack Partners, he spent 13 years as President of Lane Investment and Development, where his team completed 86 projects totaling $2.1 billion across the Southeast.
Shores previously served as Partner and Chief Development Officer at Urban Realty Partners, where he oversaw multiple condominium development projects totaling some 400 units. Previously, he headed the Denver development office for Hines Interests, where he oversaw the development of $400 million worth of office, mixed-use and residential projects.
Michael B. Blair joins Pollack Partners as Development Director. Blair was a Partner and Senior Development Manager with Southeast Capital Partners, a multifamily and mixed-use real estate firm, where he managed multiple projects with over 750 units, totaling more than $200 million. Previously, Blair was a Senior Project Manager with The Winter Construction Company.
David S. Golden is a Partner at the firm. Golden was a founding partner and President of CGR Advisors, where he was responsible for Rodamco N.V.'s $3 billion portfolio of U.S. real estate assets. He has also invested in a series of joint venture apartment developments, totaling more than 3,500 units. He was previously an attorney with Arnall, Golden and Gregory, where he specialized in complex real estate transactions.
