The proposal submitted at the Extraordinary General Meeting in P/F Atlantic Petroleum on Saturday 3 February 2007 was approved unanimously. As proposed by the Board of P/F Atlantic Petroleum, SPEKT statsaut. revisorar spf, Staravegur 17, 100 Tórshavn, Faroe Islands, were elected to act as the second accountant of the Company.
