OASMIA: OASMIA PHARMACEUTICAL AB (PUBL) PLANS TRANSFER TO OFFICIAL LISTING

Oasmia has been listed on the NGM Nordic MTF since 30th December 2005. Based on
the company's strong growth and development, along with requests from both
institutional and private investors, Oasmia is now initiating a transfer to an
official listing. The company will during the coming months evaluate
alternatives, and provide a final decision regarding the future listing in
March 2007.
