Protect Data AB (Protect Data) has, due to Check Point Software Technologies Ltd’s (Check Point) bid on the company, requested a delisting of the Protect Data share from Stockholm Stock Exchange. The last day of trading will be February 12, 2007. OMX Derivatives Markets has for this reason set a new expiration date for options and futures contracts in Protect Data to February 7, 2007.
