IVI Communications, Inc. Announces Revenue Increase

3rd Quarter Operating Revenue Increased by 26 Percent Over Previous Quarter


NEW YORK, Feb. 6, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- IVI Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:IVCM) (German WKN:A0DNWJ) announced a 26% increase in operating revenue for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 as compared to the previous quarter ended September 30, 2006.

Internet Business Consulting (IBC) posted $373,249 in revenue from equipment sales and consulting services for the third quarter ending December 31, 2006 as compared to $280,144 for the second quarter ended September 30, 2006. IBC, an award winning Motorola Authorized Canopy Solution Provider (ACSP), is a qualified HotZone Meshing and Point-to-Point solutions provider that derives over 90% of its revenue from equipment sales. IBC engineers, installs, and supports wireless broadband networks and is a provider of VoIP Internet telephony services as well.

AppState.Net, LLC (AppState) posted revenues of $70,687 for the third quarter ending December 31, 2006 as compared to $69,778 for the second quarter ended September 30, 2006. AppState.net recently announced the successful conclusion of the market testing of its pre-WiMAX fixed wireless broadband service in rural Boone, North Carolina. During the test, AppState.Net, LLC increased the broadband component of its service offering to 95% of total access services provided. The number of broadband customers doubled over the period and, as forecast, the Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) market comprises over 50% of the total broadband customers.

Futura, Inc. (Futura) posted revenues of $117,550 for the third quarter of 2006 as compared to $95,474 for the second quarter ended September 30, 2006. Futura, that recently announced the completion of an engineering and RF site survey and the launch of the testing phase of its plan to provide fixed wireless broadband Internet access throughout the State of Arkansas, is in negotiation for lease financing of the network build-out.
