SANITAS STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 07.02.2007 Preliminary results of activity for 2006 Preliminary consolidated sales of Sanitas AB group for 2006 totalled to LTL 161.504 m. (EUR 46.775 m.), that is LTL 1.174 m. (EUR 0.340 m.) or 0.7 percent more than forecasted. Preliminary consolidated result of activity of the group for 2006 – net loss of LTL 10.768 m. (EUR 3.119 m.), that is LTL 1.537 m. (EUR 0.445 m.) or 16.6 percent more than forecasted. EBITDA totalled to LTL 16.393 m. (EUR 4.748 m.), that is LTL 0.729 m. (EUR 0.211 m.) or 4.7 percent more than forecasted. Higher net loss than it had been forecasted occurred because of loss in subsidiary Jelfa. It is totalling to LTL 0.949 m.
