Grindeks 07.02.2007 JSC Grindeks information Referring to quotation of K.Lipmans, Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Grindeks in newspaper “Dienas Bizness” on February 7, 2007, informing about the possibility of new shares emission, the management of the company informs that such a decision hasn’t been taken neither at Council’s nor Executive Board’s meetings, but taking into account the fast development and tremendous investment plans of the company, additional shares emission could be reviewed as one of the possible options for attracting extra funds.
