Re. Election of a new composition of the Board of AS Laima

Due to the expiration of the term of office of the Board, the Council 
of AS Laima has elected the Board of the Company for the next term of 
office – 3 years on this 6th day of February as follows:

Normunds Ozoliņš (Chairman of the Board). N.Ozoliņš has been the AS Laima 
Managing Director since January of 2006. Earlier, N.Ozoliņš was the AS 
Aldaris Sales Director, in 2004 – AS Parekss Banka Training Centre Director, 
in 2001 - 2004 – Coca Cola HBC Sales Director. N.Ozoliņš studied in Riga 
Medical Institute, he acquired knowledge in the sphere of sales management 
and business administration.

Ilgvars Ļubka. I.Ļubka has been the AS Laima Technical Development and 
Quality Director since 2006. Before 2006, I.Ļubka worked as the Service 
Network Development Director for SIA „Scania Latvija”. I.Ļubka acquired 
the higher education in the Latvian Agricultural University, he received 
the master's degree in business administration in Salford University in 
Great Britain.

Liene Pētersone. L.Pētersone is the SIA „Nordic Food” board member. Before 
2006, L.Pētersone worked in Linstow Centre Management as the company and 
project controller. L.Pētersone acquired the higher education in 
Riga Economics School.

Dace Mende. D.Mende is the Head of Marketing Department of AS Laima, 
she has worked in the AS Laima since 2006. She received the master's degree 
of social sciences in the management in the Latvian University. Earlier, 
she worked in Colgate Palmolive as the Sales Manager for Latvia.
