Re. Election of a new composition of the Board of AS Staburadze

Due to the expiration of the term of office of the Board, the Council 
of AS Staburadze has elected the Board of the Company for the next term 
of office – 3 years on this 6th day of February as follows:

Normunds Ozoliņš (Chairman of the Board). N.Ozoliņš has been the 
AS Staburadze Managing Director since January of 2006. Earlier, 
N.Ozoliņš was the AS Aldaris Sales Director, in 2004 – AS Parekss 
Banka Training Centre Director, in 2001 - 2004 – Coca Cola HBC Sales 
Director. N.Ozoliņš studied in Riga Medical Institute, he acquired 
knowledge in the sphere of sales management and business administration.

Rita Veide. R.Veide has been the AS Staburadze Finance Director since 
2000. R.Veide acquired the higher education in the Engineering Economics 
Faculty of Riga Technical University, she received the master's degree 
in business administration in Riga International School of Economics and 
Business Administration. 

Liene Grūtupa. L.Grūtupa has been the Head of Legal Department of 
AS Staburadze since 2000. L.Grūtupa acquired the higher education in the 
Legal Faculty of the Latvian University, she received the master's degree 
in business administration in Riga International School of Economics and 
Business Administration.

Maksims Fjodorovs. M.Fjodorovs has been the financial consultant of the 
AS Laima since 2006. He acquired the higher education in Riga Economics school.
