Genmab, listing of new shares 9 February 2007

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to admit 4,471,202 new shares of DKK 1 to listing in Genmab with effect from 9 February 2007. 

The capital increase has been registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency.
