COMMENTS ON RULING BY SWEDISH ADMINISTRATIVE COURT OF APPEALS REGARDING INTERCONNECT DISPUTES BETWEEN 2000 - 2004Stockholm - Tele2 AB, ("Tele2"), (Stockholm Stock Exchange: TEL2 A and TEL2 B), Europe's leading alternative telecoms operator, today announced that the company the 8th of February received, by a non-unanimous Swedish Administrative Court of Appeal, the verdicts regarding interconnect case regarding 2000-2004 with a negative outcome for Tele2. In the Swedish County Administrative Court the verdicts was to the benefit of Tele2. Tele2 is now evaluating the verdicts and is considering seeking leave to appeal in the Supreme Administrative Court, among other things based on the outcome of the earlier verdicts and that the Swedish Administrative Court was non-unanimous. The maximum financial impact can be slightly less than SEK -200 million on net income assuming the outstanding interconnect disputes are interpreted in accordance with today's result.
