Northrop Grumman, Dynamatic Technologies Limited to Team on Potential Defense Electronics Opportunities in India


BANGALORE, India, Feb. 8, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Officials of Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) and Dynamatic Technologies Limited, Bangalore, today signed a memorandum of understanding, establishing a collaborative relationship for exploring joint new business opportunities related to India's national defense requirements.

The formal agreement was signed in ceremonies at the Aero India air show and exposition, which is taking place through Feb. 11 at the Yelahanka Air Force Station in Bangalore.
