SysOpen Digia Plc STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 9 February 2007 at 2.30 p.m. ANNOUNCEMENT UNDER THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10 We hereby announce that SysOpen Digia Plc has been notified, in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of change in the company's ownership: Pekka Päiviö Sivonen has on February 9, 2007 informed SysOpen Digia that ownership share of SysOpen Digia Plc's votes and share capital by Pekka Sivonen will increase over 25% as a result of the forward contract signed yesterday together with forward contract signed 21.9.2006. After the forward contracts become due Pekka Sivonen will have control to own 5,084,383 shares of SysOpen Digia, corresponding to 25.03 % of SysOpen Digia's shares and votes. Currently Pekka Sivonen owns 2,927,563 SysOpen Digia Plc's shares. The amount of the forward contract becoming due on 21.12.2007 is 1,350,000 shares and the amount of the forward contract becoming due on 15.2.2008 is 806,800 shares.
