INVITATION TO SPONDA'S PRESS CONFERENCE AND CONFERENCE CALL

Sponda Plc will publish the Financial Statements Bulletin for 2006 on Friday 16
February 2007 at approximately 9:00 am Eastern European time.

A meeting in Finnish for analysts and press will be held on Friday 16 February
2007 at 9:30 am at Fabianinkatu 23, auditorium Saarinen, 00130 Helsinki. The
