NASM invites visitors to make their own kites, which can be entered in the Smithsonian Kite Festival, while learning about the history and artistry behind Asian kites on Kites of Asia day on March 24.

"Northrop Grumman is proud to support the National Air and Space Museum's Heritage Family series," said Sandra Evers-Manly, Northrop Grumman vice president of ethics and diversity.
